There's Irish-American Traveler's, and a few from Ireland it's self, in the US. Come out, usually in spring and summer, with their con and fraud games.A lot in SoCal. In fall and winter they take their RV's and winter in the south, where some strong roots are.  Kids don't always go up high in school because they mostly travel around all the time.  Rely on the own language when non Travelers  are around. Something like a old Gaelic, I have been told. Very clan-ish.  They intermarry with other family's to make bonds stronger. Some marriages are setup when the kids are very small. Stealing is a natural learning process for them, from an early age. The Gypsy tribal society has been around for well over 1000 years. Irish are the white version.

The reason how I know your first statement is false, is because, I went to school with some gypsies in high school, they play that role...and they were screwing the gypsy dudes, they didn't eff with anybody else...as I said, All women have the potential to be whores, no woman has moral higher ups on any one. As a general rule of thumb, women dress like that for attention, they get attention, which is their goal. They may not be screwing around, but the implication is there.

Women and attention go together like fish and water....

Or another saying, women are always into something, or something is always in them...

Where are you from? Maybe the gypsies near you are a different kind. Bear in mind I am in Ireland where they originate. I am not referring to the trampy Romanian ones btw

Ive actually noticed that there is a lot more noticeable kids in wheelchairs etc.

They steal and fight but to them it is just a game. If they steal its not personal - just how they are.
