has anyone picked up habits from their favorite videos?  i've been putting BBQ sauce on all my chicken and ground meat and my girl is like wtf?  i told her it's a Big Ronnie Thing.  asked her for black eye peas and cornbread and she aint having it.  :(  She thinks i need to chill on the Ronnie thing.

anybody got extra tats because of Lee Priest.  Hey Wiggs...have you tried head stands in front of your wife  or asked her to give you a hair bun  :-\?

hell yea, back when i first started i uswed to watch ronnie's dvd "the cost of redemption" pretty much everyday, and definitely before every leg workout. ronnie is the fuckin man.

Because of Ronnie, I've stopped training biceps for a while, unfortunately, it only works if you have big bis to begin with...
