what the hell is solar, and guru and gangstarr?

what has it to do with bodybuilding?- at least some slight connection?- is there any?

and, to save us a load of uninteresting reading, whats the gist of the story?..i read a bit then got bored and looked down the page over the other 10000 words and gave up.
