Roach knows that Martinez and Williams would be too big and dangerous for Pacquiao and problably he will lose against them. Mayweather instead would be a much easier fight to win for Pacquiao with a lot more money to make. Mayweather is a coward for not to fight Pacquiao, Martinez and Williams because he knows that against them he would problably lose and maybe KO too and once this happen his whole legacy would be fuck because it stand only for is record that show no lost fight until now. That is the problem with boxing now: fighter like Martinez and Williams get no chance to fight Pacquiao or Mayweather because they are too good and they do not have a powerful promoter like Arum.

I miss the 80' when you had legendary boxers like DURAN ,HAGLER,RAY LEONARD and HEARNS who used to fight each other without fear too lose; they were and are fearless warriors who got in the ring with anybodys for pride and fame of sport and not greede coward like Mayweather who only fight boxers who do not have a chance to win against him!

By the way Mayweather record of invincibility is a fraud since he really lost one time but judges gave the fight to him against Luis Jose Castillo in the FIRST MATCH were Castillo was clearly 3 points ahead at the end of of the 12 rounds! The second fight between the two instead was a real victory of Matweather!
