If i recall I've said the heaviest i have ever been is a bulked up 252, and that was 5 years ago...I was 240 this morning. i have always been consistent in my stats and never made outlandish strength claims, because I'm not a super strong dude.

As far as comparing myself to Flex, that's ridiculous,you are taking things out of context (shocker :o)  I said something along the lines of "i'm a white dudes version of flex wheeler, i'm all arms and shoulders, but nowhere near that big".... If you look at my pics I AM all arms and shoulders.

 Oh  back ain't bad 8) either

A lot of dudes here that suck at lifting weights is what i get out of people accusing me of juicing.





how big are those arms?

For a minute I believed this was bodybuilding.com with all the naive people. He claims 19" arms? For a natural 16" is a good size in contest shape. 17" starts to be an absolute limit for an experienced trainer and it requires that your arms are one of your strongest body parts.

The correct answer to the arm size question is always, "20 inches cold, bitch"  Actual metrics are inconsequential online.

This is getting really silly now...the number of people proclaiming whats IS and ISN'T possible?!!  16 inches?  Is that it?...are you saying everyone should just give give up come that point??
