Dude you clearly know nothing about Parkinson’s disease if you think any of his movements represent that of Parkinsonism... Id venture to guess that his akathisia (look it up) is a side effect of the antipsychotic medications he is on... It is a VERY well known fact that Chapelle has been hospitalized many times in psych hospitals for manic/bipolar episode exacerbations.
The classic sequalae of Parkinsonism would involve a resting tremor (which he doesn’t have), bradykinesia (which he doesn’t have), stone/mask face (which he doesn’t have), cogwheel rigidity (which he doesn't have), shuffling gait (which he doesn’t have)... etc etc.
