Author Topic: my stomach is fucking burning..help me!!! (Read 6034 times)

When you say your "STOMACH", where is the pain exactly? Divide your abdomen into 4 quadrants... Right upper, right lower, left upper, left lower... where is the discomfort the most? Have you ever had this pain before? Does the pain travel or radiate anywhere (Like to your shoulder blades, into your back, down your sides... etc)... what were u doing when it started? Does anything make the pain better? Any association with food or bowel movements?

Do you take any meds regularly, including OTC stuff like Ibuprofen, Advil etc?

I have seen literally 100's of patients that say "Doc my stomach is killing me" only for it to turn out to be appendicitis, diverticulitis, PID (We can probably rule this out, unless JOHN is really a girl LOL) symptomatic cholelithiasis, perforated gastric ulcers... etc etc you name it. Rarely does the general public even know where their stomach is.

Ultimately if he really is in a lot of pain, he should of course go see his primary care doctor.

Is it burning like heart burn / indigestion type of burning? Or does it just hurt like the feeling you get when you need to shit or you have diarrhea?

at first i was afraid i may have fucked up my stomach from taking too many allergy/sleep pills lately. however after about 36 hours the burning cramps seem to be finally subsiding THANK GOD. only problem is that now im shitting up a storm and farting steaming hot gases of rotting death meat

Same thing happened to me after I ate a bunch of peppers and drank a ton of Sake.

Prilosec OTC is the cure for most stomach problems like this.
