I think Zane probably has the most desirable physique of any bodybuilder ever.

Its pretty complete from head to toe.
I'd say Bob Paris,

simply because he's taller with bigger legs.

Jay Cutler idolized bob and bought his training manual when he was a teenage bodybuilder.

The thing I notice about a lot of the old school guys is how they used to hold their poses for more than a couple of milliseconds. These guys today just fire off one shot after another, not holding their poses long enough to display their development properly. Maybe they think no one will notice their distended GH guts if they keep moving, lol...

Not only are they firing off one pose after another, they are firing off basically the same poses! Compare the repertoire of poses the current crop emply with someone like Zane (or Labrada, or Gasapri - who was a pretty good poser).

It's definitely a sign of quality in a physique if it can look good in many poses.

I lost what little respect I had for that grapefruit fucker after he compared losing a beauty pageant to losing a grandparent.....

I know he's an orphan/foster child or whatever. But that statement is asinine. Losing a men in thongs covered in oil championship doesn't even compare to losing a loved one.

Kai Greene. You are a douchebag!

thats the type of place your mental state needs to be in to justify competing at that level

You can get Kai's DVD "OVERKILL" and the Raising the Bar Trilogy at a holiday discount here...

Oh boy. Little Timmy is going to be thrilled on Christmas morning when he unwraps Kai's DVD. While Grandma is cooking a ham dinner, he can practice doing handstands and spreading his ass cheeks just like his hero. Dessert make get awkward when a fruitcake is served...

"Dis the sport" HAHAHAHAHA! LOL!

Ok let me get this straight, what was the subject of your video wearing??

A thong pulled tightly into his ass crack and he was covered in oil?? How am I "dissing" the sport??

Check out the thread on frank zane below. I dont "dis" bodybuilding. But that video you posted isnt bodybuilding. Its far from it.

What I dont have any respect for is a grown man kicking and screaming on the street after losing a bodybuilding competition acting as if his world is ending. You dont think its sad for someone to define themselves by how they are judged by a panel of individuals and how their body looks? I do.

Now this is bodybuilding.

So get in a time machine and go back to the 1980's. You can't turn back the clock.

Your memory is as poor as you are fat. Reminder: I was there long before you, son.

Oh, and don't bother to answer.. it'll just end like so many times before; you disappearing for weeks from boards to fill yourself with comfort food.

i understand his reaction

Its hard not to be upset when the only thought that occupies Kai's mind is winning; also consider that he has had this mentality for years now. Winning in bodybuilding is his life and probably always has been since he started.
How hard he trained, the mental preparation, the dieting, the expectations, the time it took. It took a heavy toll on him but as Wiggs said when you are put in Kai's position you have a responsibility to the fans to maintain your sportsmanship.
