you see this is what amazes me about this type of gym person is they could/will see 15 other gym members use correct form/movement/posture almost identical 1-15......yet this type STILL gets in Lazy Boy Recliner position and starts doing his own inverted 45 degree rows or whatever as if they have just created some ground breaking exercise and want people to consult with him on how he is correct and 15 are dead wrong.
also the animated 2 step picture showing how to properly use the machine is ignored completely by these types.
