Lester was an extremely positive man, who always had a great sense of urgency in regards to achieving his goals. I have been very fortunate to have him visit with me while preparing for shows for a long time now and will miss him very, very much. It was difficult to even train at Armbrust Pro Gym last night, as his picture stands above the smith machine where I was performing shoulder press. I must have starred at his pic for the entire time I was there in between set, holding back tears with every rep.
