Oliva is my fav bodybuilder ever. I think he had a fantastic physique and the best genetics of all-time, but sadly he never realized his full potential. So he could've had the best physique in history but we will never know. My 2nd fav, in case you were wondering, is Samir Bannout.

John Sherman won the light heavies at the 1993 USAs, to some, he should have won the overall over Flex. He was like a mini Brian Buchanan, and at 192 at the 94 NOC, his thighs could hang with Nasser and the winner Michael Francois.

the tank was like dex then but bigger,,,could have cleaned up for yrs ,smaller shows easily.he competed a bit but fell off.he was a big lightweight early on,bigger middleweight,then turned pro as lightheavy great build...

I think girls like a physique sort of like Nate Green's the most (though he is short I think):



Doesn't scream "drug abuser," but still has good size.  Doesn't seem like a fat slob; looks fairly athletic.  Would still probably get the "too big" cry from some.

Narrow waist, wide shoulders, round ass, good proportion.  Decent condition, but not freaky.  This is what they want imo.
