START DOING A REAL SPORT THEN SO YOU DONT HAVE TO RELY ON 100% DRUGS IN THE LAST MINUTE TO KNOW IF YOUR ASS IS GONNA LOOK IN CONDITOONING OR NOT

That's a lot of words and blathering when a simple "I fucked up" would have done.

At least when Wolfe makes excuses he doesn't know enough English to ramble on with psycho-babble for 20 minutes in interviews. With him its "Sorry.. vaz my last trainer's fault"
