Question about "source" rule

Does the source rule apply to research sites that only sell legal products? I had a few beers last night and ordered some peptides from some research place.  ::)

Can't find any reviews of this place.  ::)

OK so mods ....feel free to delete...this is a "legal" website I ordered from that does not sell AS

I think its bunk though...the only review I found was negative.
