There is one thats useful, its a book designed purely around getting a Marine ready to try out for the Recon Indoc, I downloaded it when I was going to try and become a Recon Marine.
Very intensive, its a complete several week program that ramps up the workouts until you are ready to run the indoc.
The indoc, btw, is a perfect PFT, followed by a long swim, followed by another PFT.
This means,
20 pullups,
Run 3 miles in 18 min,
100 crunches,
Dive in the water and swim like 500 meters
jump out of water, do 20 more pullups
run 3 miles in 18 min
another 100 crunches.
Thats just the tryout to see if youre in good enough shape to TRY OUT. lol.
The workout is a lot of running, interval training, variety of pushups, pullups, variety of ab excersizes, more running, swimming, running, and more swimming.
Its good stuff if you want to be in kickass military shape, but it has nothing to do with bodybuilding.
Just a lot with functional strengh and endurance.
