Heat a pot of water on the stove to 140-150 degrees.  Put the chicken in a ziploc bag with all the air out of it and submerge the chicken.  Wait around 20 minutes or so and the chicken will taste as good as the day you cooked it.

Agreed, I like the fact that they are expanding the brand but they are going to have to do something that makes their meal prep stick out from the others and still keep the prices good.

I enjoy rapini but would be a little skeptical of eating it from a frozen meal. Reducing some of its natural bitterness has to be done right.

Also, you never really know what the hell you're gonna get when it comes to frozen ethnic dishes.
