  Dear god of hormona, as i mentioned before i am 220 at 6 foot good shape and proportion already get asked when i am competing but i havent even trained for more than 3 yrs naturally and i dont live and breath the gym, im no more than 17 percent bf, one of bigger guys in local and college gyms... now i want to turn that to 220 at 8 percent. what should i run its my first cycle... testorona hg 500mg or less?, wont this cause bloat though? i was planning on cyp... , masterona, eq..... i know your preferred stacks but i dont have the money for gh and i am only 23 so i def think my gh levels are fine... so tell me a stack without gh and the dosages and length of cycle.. thank you

17% is high bodyfatfor bodybuilding unless you confuse water and fat which many many do now day,,but if you around 15% and you want to turn it to 8% and stay 220 ,,its not going to be easy,,you baicaly want to be bigger than arnold or his size pretty much ,,well my friend you need to have great genetic respond to hormone and then high natural gh in body like arnold had,,your age i good 23 is good you dont need gh yet but for the numbers you want if you are not great responder or natural gh not at top of the chart...you will have to use syntetic gh sicne you want a magazine look basically that is volumized and fibery with meaty round delts,,extra surface on body while getting lean and scarifice bodyfat for new lean muscle that come insted,,this usually can only be achieved with gh at some level ,,


then again like said if you have high natural gh and you wil knwo it quite fast i assume you dont because if you did you woud be 10% right now,,thoe are the fellas with high natural gh ,,they go single to lowe doubles ,,they usually have space in their teeth ,,they usually have flat hands with very flat nails and they just naturally lean ,,

but if you still think you have high natural gh then the cycle i woudl recomend is

testosterone 500-750mg a week
equipoise 600mg a week
and a  tren ace at 75mg every second day
if your gh is high in body you will start looking nasty past week 4-5,, but again inorder to look nasty you need yoru bodyfat at no higher than 13% when starting ,,true 13%

You say there is no such a thing as a "bodybuilding diet" for the hormonized lifter (on gh), you should just eat everything in sight.
Now, what about people who don't use hormones? Is diet overrated or not?

Now, what about people who don't use hormones? Is diet overrated or not?

Yeah, maybe Jay just likes the taste of broccoli, rice, oatmeal, chicken so much he eats that just for fun 24/7 350 days a year...  ::)

no no no ,,i dont say you can eat anything you want,, i say you can eat most you want,,you can not and shoudl not sit in mcdonalds 5 times a day ,,human body is only body ,,gh is only a hormone,,you still got to stay within some kind of balance,,you can eat junk a lot but not crazy junk all day long ,,you need to balance it and make your own bodybuilding diet that has neough protien and carbs and also enough rich calorie food so gh wont burn your bf too fast,,because it will!

now the natural lifter is an enigma and direct dependent on its tyroid functions,,it alswo dependent on alergies ,,especilly to gluten,,so natural bodybuilder with slower metabolism especially late 20s wil have to pay attention to diet,,but natural bodybuilder that is naturally lean and his metabolism always been super fast and he was 150 6% in at 18 ,,,those fellas can eat double mac and galon of icecream every night and it wont matter,,why? because they will shit it in the morning 27 times after waking up in a ritual called the wake up shitting ritual typical to hard gainer ,,epecially naturals,,ofcoure those need to sit in kitchen all day long becaue they lose weight faster than you can say jack

Hard to say. Though I would believe Jay eats pretty much same way year round.
I couldn't do that... on the other hand I don't get paid to do that....
