I need some suggestions on different sauces to have with meat...

Im looking to cut down on gravy, and have something a bit healthier to have with my steak, pork, chicken etc - any suggestions folks??

salsa vede works well with pork and chicken, tomato sauce, wine reductions, mango chutney etc

barbecue sauce, salsa, chopped/cooked vegetables, spicy ketchup
