I'd rather imagine a world where your PC has a wiring fault and your parents end up wondering what the strange smell is that is coming from the basement.

Unemployment implies that you previously had a job.  I'd start by cutting actual welfare.

There are a few countries in the world which don't have a welfare system, but they are incredibly poor countries to begin with that simply don't have the infrastructure to afford to pay for one in the first place.

Conversely, those with the best welfare systems in the world are also the most developed countries with the highest income tax rates, such as Denmark and Sweden.

My point is, that all things considered, it's probably better of for you as a citizen of your own country if you have a good welfare system, because it says something about the quality of life in your country.

The Welfast State is there to help those that CANNOT help themselves.

It is abused beyond belief so much so that it is advantageous for many people not to work than actually work. joke.

Social services have been growing annually in HK, but here's Milton Friedman's perspective on pre-1997 HK.

"A controlled experiment in the field of economics? The last fifty years of history have provided just that. The free economy: Hong Kong. The mixed economy: the United States. The socialist economies: Great Britain and Israel. Nobel laureate and Hoover fellow Milton Friedman evaluates the results."

How can you be a grown man  and feel content sitting on your ass all day. People are freaking disgusting. These people with 3-4 generations in welfare should be ashamed!
