He was stupid to use drugs.  Yes he should have trained like a man and it is a shame he didn't.  Nothing I can do about it.  I understand what you are trying to do and it might have been funny but really now, do it with some style.  ;)

Or am I the only one capable of doing so?  Apparently.   ;D

When I started to lifting weights, I saw that movie "poder negro" in the TV channel (de pelicula) you can see in the vid, I did not know who he was, I just was like  :o hoooly f*** those arms are huge!. Nowdays physiques are heavier and bigger, but! sergio with his tiny ( or should I say normal?) waist looks even bigger than some current Pros.

Big difference between the handfulls of d-bol he took compared to the 5 grams of gear, 20 iu's of growth, Insulin, IGF-1, Thyroid meds, Anti aromatase and synthol today's "Balloon Men" are on. Put these clowns on Sergio's cycle and see if they come close to him.

Got any more? There aint much out there on Labrada or Zane, just their posing routines. Tom Platz' same vid has been posted for years (the one where he's cruisin in the Vette on the strip)


i wish there was some good old training Zane stuff (not where he is old a fuck)

you think sergio only used a ''handfulls of dbol'' lol... guys had access to lots of oils back in the day too.. maybe not peptides, but dont be fooled they were abusing the shit out of every kind of aas they could get their hands on.. just like anyone would do at the top of the competition like he was back then

Arms, delts, and chests of the guys today are not much bigger than the guys from yesteryear, but... legs and back are MUCH BIGGER since the 90s or so.
