Just because you can't relate to tattoos and you can't understand them that doesn't mean you should hate on them.

 Most people with tattoos do not get them to "conform" or "be cool". Some 18-23 year olds get them for that reason. But mature people have mature reasons for getting tattoos. Most 30 somethings who get tattooes have deeper reasons.

 But if you are a person who lacks depth and intelligence, you will not be able to understand the mindset of a person who does have depth and intelligence.

 Most meathead dumbfucks out there can't comprehend the concept of getting a tattoo, or doing anything else for a spiritual or altruistic reason. And they assume other people are as stupid and shallow as they are. They fail to realize that some other people are in a mindset of much more depth than they.

Well said. i have 5 tattoos and all of them " have meaning". Just over the weekend i was at a bar, and saw some people i havent seen in years, with SLEEVES and tatts, and was thinking to myself " ok..........did they get that shit cuz it has meaning to them" or did they get it because they thought it was " bad ass and Cool looking." The last time i got tatted was 4 years ago...........and for that long, ive been thinking about what my next tat is gonna be, that shits PERMANENT, unless you WANT to get LASER REMOVAL.

Personally I think the majority look silly. Some look good but they are not for me at all.
