Here's a tip Falcon, since you seem hell bent on doing calistinics instead of running or riding a stationary bike to achieve yo fat loss goals. Do you calistinics in a circuit fashion. 1st do pull ups or chin, then right after that do your squats, and then right after that do pushups. Then rest for 1 minute and repeat this cycle at least 4 or 5 times. If you do that, I GODDAMN GUARENTEE that you will get MUCH BETTER RESULTS than that goofyass shit that you do now, son.
