plenty of fruit juices. take a break when your legs give out and drink plenty of fruit juices. rest then resume squatting with eyes closed its a whole new experience, much better than the monatany repetitious pattern of watching the floor go up and down as you squat. remember vision concentration can steal from your abilities to just focus on the muscle

When my lover and I are in bed, I too close my eyes when in engaging in demanding physical activity.  I find that if I close my eyes, I am able to focus more on my rectal sphincter, which allows for better sensation on both my partner's part and mine.

Here's a tip Falcon, since you seem hell bent on doing calistinics instead of running or riding a stationary bike to achieve yo fat loss goals. Do you calistinics in a circuit fashion. 1st do pull ups or chin, then right after that do your squats, and then right after that do pushups. Then rest for 1 minute and repeat this cycle at least 4 or 5 times. If you do that, I GODDAMN GUARENTEE that you will get MUCH BETTER RESULTS than that goofyass shit that you do now, son.
