many times ill do my squats and pushups in sets of 20. im a firm beleiver if i hit 500 reps daily i will be near yung true falcon faces status's
i find the key to keeping track is not writing down put simply ripping off a tiny peice of paper to symbolize 20 reps. writing down all that pullshup you tend to forget if you actually wrote down the previous set or not when you see a 20 rep already wrote down.
