a good method for counting repetitions when training

many times ill do my squats and pushups in sets of 20. im a firm beleiver if i hit 500 reps daily i will be near yung true falcon faces status's

i find the key to keeping track is not writing down put simply ripping off a tiny peice of paper to symbolize 20 reps. writing down all that pullshup you tend to forget if you actually wrote down the previous set or not when you see a 20 rep already wrote down.

proabably least informative post ever but still helpful

If you had some of those yellow sticky pads to write down reps maybe this could become a streamlined Falcon process.  8) This way when hoes come over the pieces of paper would not be misplaced so easily they tend to move shit around.

This is what I do....I count one,then when I do the next rep I count two......and so on.

Sometimes I count down on my last set.....keeps it fresh.

What if you do more than two reps ???  This is a limited system for sure.

thats what the "and so on" stands for......but anything over 12 and I'm fucked!

When I do 20-rep squats I actually lose count pretty frequently.  I'm sure I've done 19 or 21 many times.

i use the smallest plates: every x reps or at the end of each set i pile another plate and so on
