It's funny how times change. I recently changed gyms and my new place has some old bbing posters and two struck me straight away. One was of bob Paris winning the nationals in 1983 and the other is Shawn Ray winning the junior universe in 1985. Both had extremely small waists combined with good size or at least the illusion of good size.

arnie didnt exactly have perfect symetry and balance tho,,, legs were too small, waist was too wide, sergio raped him in that department

I know but arnolds arms n chest so awesome, and he didnt overdo the shoulders or quads

relatively small quads are shoudlers look best on male body

plus arnold taller than sergio

arnold had awesome symmetry

thats why he is the best

youve just admitted his chest and arms over powerd the rest of his body..... thats not symetry, symetry is all body parts developed evenly... your still mistaking pleasing asthetics over symetry and proportion
