Mostly placebo effects. Most of the supplements on the market don't have what they claim are in the product. A person needs pure grade ingredients to ever get a decent finding/reading. But in the end it doesn't matter because most people are genetically fuked :-\ including myself.

Someone asked me today "hows life". I said to them "its taking to long". True story. Then I snorted some Deer Antler and went to the gym and had my best workout in years.

I'm not sure how GABA is supposed to help with making someone smarter?  More relaxed and tired for sure......works great for me with that, but if I try to read after taking it I'm asleep in 30-40 minutes and wake up remembering none of it.  Maybe they are saying good for sleep so you're more refreshed at other times to learn???

Alex what is DMAE?

Dimethylethanolamine... a choline precursor; choline helps short and long term memory... also supposedly and "mild" anti-depressant..

How long have you been taking it, and do you feel it's helping/ worth the cost?
