10% with some water ,,,that is not fat ,,this is you trying to make everyone think you will make big progress,, in reality this is 10% when you see outline of abdominal like this ,,and the body compisiton presented in the video it = 10% ,,now the reason igive you 10% and not lower is because of the tire you got under there,,that tire is where the majority of fat is with the rest distribute among the other body parts,,if it was water it would look less solid,,the tire under your abs is indeed fat because it is solid fat,,
never the less this is what 10% look like on bodybuild so you are nto fat ,,you start like any bodybuild at 10% ,,and comparing to top amatuer and professional it is little too over because we are at 7-8% offseason
but this! is NOT fat by any way hape or form,,it is bodybuild who start to get lean
