Growth Hormone---Mutation

Mutation only starts when GH is added and kept up. The Pro's of yesteryear(although big from their genetic response to steroids) had no clue what mutation really was. What pro bodybuilder crossed the threshold first?

From what I've heard gh use started in the mid to late 80s. Don't know if its true.
