Great build for being natty! How do you keep so lean? What's your diet like?
Thank you! To be honest I eat the same foods just about every day at the same time. I do however carb cycle. Have made really good gains from carb cycling in the past year. I don't do no carb days as I have noticed my body doesn't work on it, lowest I'll go is 100g. Usually it's egg whites, tuna, turkey, chicken breast and shakes at the same time everyday. Saturdays I eat whatever I want and do consume alcohol, just due to the fact I'm so strict during the week.
