Hey superman, do yourself a favor and don't use any protein or creatine supps at all for 6 months!! Years ago I bought into all that crap until I read Franco Columbu's book on nutrition. You will be better off eating steak, chicken, fish etc. Don't forget lots of fresh veggies and you will grow like a weed!! If you must take supplements, do some research on top quality vitamin companies. A high quality multi-vitamin and some non-acidic vitamin c is all you need to help you utilize your food better and stay healthy. Seriously, I have been lifting since the seventies and still going strong! just try it for 6 months, put your hard earned money towards good food and the vitamins and your body will thank you.
