Disturbing and sad. Grown man with an Oedipus complex. His Mother fucked up his head big time because of the sins of his Father. Now he's an adult, a hulking Frankenstein monster with basically the mind of a child. He's using bodybuilding to try to rebuild the destruction of his self esteem, brought about by his bitter and angry Mother.
There's still a spark though, a desire to break free and live a normal life, and have a healthy relationship with a woman. It's too late though. Now he's a freak, a social pariah. On display like a circus side show freak to be ridiculed and laughed at by the general populace. The only ending to this story can be with his Mother being found strangled in her bed, and him hanging in the closet.
On a lighter note, I'd fuck the bejeezus out of that chick and her friends too...
