can someone PLEASE help

ok just started my ECA stackkk but apparently ephedrine is banned by the NCAA.....how long does this stuff stay in your system? and is albeturol a pretty good replacement for weightloss and help with breathing and stuff? can someone please help me i need to know.....just need to know how long it this stuff stays in your system and if albeturol is a pretty good replacement for weight loss and if i should take the caffeine with it

Post what the banned list says exactly. Is there a cut-off limit for ephedrine level?

It has a very short half-life (couple of hours), but I'm not sure how long it stays detectable in urine  ???  I believe Albuterol is also banned unless you have a script.

Albuterol has a half-life of a few hrs and needs to be taken multiple times per day. Exact detection time I'm not certain about but my guess would be it would be similar to clen since they are very closely related...almost identical with the major difference being the half-life. Clen is detectable for up to 5 days, Albuterol would probably fall in the same range but I'm not 100% positive.

Ephedrine is detectable for up to five days as well.
