LOL where are the 450lb+ barbells rows? Where are the 650lb+ bare handed dead-lifts? This is the reason why most pros today lack the Herculean type power physique. All drugs, no base, foundation or density. Take him off the drugs for a year and he'd be f#ck all.

I'd like to know what this guys lifts would be if he did go off the gear for a while. I bet there would be tons of naturals on this very site that would outlift him and be more impressive. I can't believe I used to buy into the IFBB mirage when I was a young teen lifting weights in my parents shed in the bleak sub zero winter.

I could never see these guys even training without drugs or lifting buckets of sand and busting their asses to to gain solid muscle.
No disrespect to Dennis Wolf though, he is a great "athlete"  ::)

yes we are all drugs,,yes we all gh steroid and insulin later on ,,but! if you think we dont train hard and dont work the best possible way to bring up muscle,, then you are in lala land,,we train VERY HARD,,THE HORMONE ITSELF WILL NOT GET THE FINAL LOOK YOU SEE ,,IT IS HORMONES WITH TRAINING AND FOOD,,THE TRAINING HA TO BE THERE,,IT HAS TO BE CONSISTANT AND HAS TO BE SMART HEAVY FOR MOST PART BUT SMART TOO,,TRAINING GOT TO BE THERE,,EVERY BODYBUILD TRAIN ,,AND EVERY SUCESFUL BODYBUILDER PUT EVERYTHIGN HE GOT IN TRAINING OFCOURSE HORMONES ARE ALWAYS THERE BUT THE TRAINING IS THERE TOO,,YOU NEED TO UTILIZE THE HORMONE AND PART OF IT IS VIA TRAINING THEN REST AND FOOD BUT YOU HAVE TO TRAIN MY FRIEND,,ANYTHING THAT STIMULATE THE MUSCLE = TRAINING,,HEAVY TRAINING IS VERY GOOD BUT ALSO SMART TRAINING IS IMPORTANT INTO YOUR 30S,,NO MATTER HO YOU ARE,,YOU NEED TRAING SMARTER WHEN YOU CROSS 35,,MUCH SMARTER,,STILL HEAVY BUT MARTER,,LISTEN TO BODY MORE,,ETC ETC
