He was 257 for the 1999 Olympia.
He was around 265 for the British Grand Prix following the Olympia
and I've heard he was 283 in this video a few days after the BGP.
I've got no problem believing this number either as Chris Aceto
had seen Ronnie at 297 sometime between 97-99 and was just blown away
by his condition at that weight.
I think his arms peaked in 1999. His biceps and triceps both look to
have more volume (in relation to the rest of his body) than any other year.
