Feeling dizzy after drinking 1 litre of Coke Zero

I just drank 1 litre of "coca cola zero" in the last 2 hours and right now I feel pretty dizzy, wtf? I google a little bit and it seems like aspartame has this effects. That sucks.

just consume food and try to work it out of your body. plenty of WATER is the number one preventer of heart attacks

I get nasty headaches when i drink diet sodas.. :-X I quit drinking them and just drink coffee i make on my own.

Just because you are drinking "diet" soda doesnt mean that your body isn't tricked into thinking you just ingested a shitload of real sugar. By the time it realizes that the crazy ass sweetness was just a fucked up chemical that can't be negotiated, your insulin levels have already skyrocketed.

Add a shitload of caffeine and some overly sweet wierd ass chemicals, hell the next thing you'll be talking about is diabetes.


Blood sugar and caffeine rushes have an affinity for causing dizziness...that and all the other dope and stress you are dealing with.
