flex lewis has a show in tenn I REALLY am looking into - but it sux I cant compete in my state anymore

the head NPC judge in my state told me, and I directly quote,  "this is my world and your not fckn part of it, ever"

but Im up to 270 and gonna stay -- I'll post pics once I cook my trenbolgna up and bump my reds to 15/day

Didn't knew Flex was into organising contests.

Ron looks a little like High Pitch Eric.  Its amazing how Flex wheeler looks.  Its like Samson without the hair.  He looks completely without self confidence without the huge muscles.

Prejudging begins at 12pm today - not sure if the Men or the Women's Bikini Model Search begins the show.      Sun is shinning today here in Woodland Hills this morning, so that is great after the storm rolled in last night.

As for Dan Hills, until we see him on stage, can't say much - but Dan should be in shape, he is next competing in the IFBB Australian Pro, then heading to Spain and England for the pro contests there.

They guy with me in those pictures is none other than promoter Tony Dougherty from Australia. 

Good stuff Ron, but your invite to the Australian pro is now lost in the mail   !
