Milos as said numerous time that Mustafa would show up at his gym 2-3 weeks out from a show in total off-season mode and they had dto do all type of crazy shits to get him in shape

so I 'm pretty sure he was abusing the shit out of everything

1. Well I remember him posting pics on his boards in threads like "Mustafa just arrived!" and watching the pics I was like: WTF this guy ain't getting in shape in 2 weeks... ever.
and he always got in "ok" shape pretty fat, he was never shredded tho.

Lots of water I guess. Or else diuretics wouldn't have fixed it. A few times he was in insane condition, but those times he almost died... thanks to Milos he didn't. :D

that pic was before he started working with Milos tho.

he was much bigger with Milos, but seems like he loved his slin because he would get puffy as fuck !
I'd show you some pictures if Milos's site wasn't shut down :p
