Place is awesome.
The owner/primary instructor Judson Massingil is fcking epic. Hes seen/done it all and has some of the funniest stories Ive ever heard.
The knowledge you get there is invaluable, itd take 20+ Years of legit experience to even get half of what you get there, unless you happen to get hired in a high end race shop.
The block turn out ok?

religion is part of history. you know, what's been written in the name of different religions and factions is stemming from ancient Babylonian and Sumerian tales.

thus within we can find knowledge and truth, albeit some hidden or encoded.

but just as with folklore, it is not for the faint of heart, an ego will protect itself by belittle, dismiss and rationalize away.

we should all have thirst for knowledge and bravery

i went to UTI while i went to college also....i love technical stuff...if i didnt have all the tools and equipment at my disposal now i would still be going to tech schools just to play with shit..

religion=cowardness...not bravery.....if you have to have faith in some mystical being to get through life then you have failed...

Thats awesome. Where in Tx are you at?
Yeah its pretty sweet to work with one of the fastest cars of its kind here at the school (99 Camaro, 430" LSx motor making over 1000hp N/A, was the fastest in the country, but a car just recently went faster, so now we get to hunt for more power) ;D
We got a couple Fox mustang guys at the school, but its mostly dominated by LS guys right now. Few BB Chevy kids coming in though.

Haha thats a tough job! Those heads (4v) have that nasty 90* turn at the intake valve, and for some reason Ford decided to make the bore so small.. but that new 5.0 is a nasty piece, the heads on that bitch flow like 300cfm stock. Ford really did something to the mod motor with the new one... It shits all over the old one.
I have seriously seen some quick mods though.
I was a BB Chevy guy, but I picked up a 98 firebird for 900 and bought an LS w/ 6speed from jud and swapped it in. Currently building my 1st LS, 370" iron block with the L92 square port heads.
LT1's are no joke either, people seem to laugh them off, but their basically just an updated SBC, and we all know how fast some of those go....

my LT1 got into the 9's street legal way faster, and easier than any of my ls1's did...i wish i would have played with the lt1's a lot sooner...

ford intends for all of there stuff to be forced induction...look how many different supercharger companies have contracts with ford...they build there stuff so you have to go forced induction...the new 5.0 is badass..i would have got one if i didnt build the lt1 when they were released...2 friends have them...one is in the 10's with bolt ons...the other might run high nines if the pistons dont shit out before he finaly gets to the track..

Thats kickass. Agree about the FI comments. Seems like Ford wanted people to have to go FI with those heads, they were just designed so rediculously.
Anyway, depending on how long it takes me to get this motor, we might wind up running into each other at the track. Be on the lookout for a black v6 firebird (street car) running well faster than it should. Lol. (Not for several months though)

im reading this chapter "the human body in symbolism" http://www.sacred-texts.com/eso/sta/sta17.htm

what is written makes sense to me

i agree with you on sitchen, he is just ONE guy who has a theory and has a very questionable intentions and his colleagues in that feild seem to lack substantial amounts of reverence for him

see, i like stichen, cause a lot of what he says makes sense for the part. cant be proven either way but his arguments lend of constructive debate and make you think.

im going to check this out. i'll let you know what i think.

Yup. Religion has been ruined by dogma, idolatry, monotheistic nonsense and bullshit rules that God has supposedly laid out for us.

"IF YOU STEAL SOMETHING I WILL SEND YOU TO HELL FOR ETERNITY!"

"IF YOU DON'T DO EXCEPT CHRIST/MUHAMMED AS YOUR SAVIOR IN SOME HALF-ASS WAY YOU WILL BURN IN HELL!"

What a bunch of fucking bullshit.

Islam, Christianity, Catholisism, Judaism. All garbage.

What kind of engineering degree did you get while on a powerlifting scholarship, bench?  You would think they would have given you a scholarship for being an Olympic level marksman instead.

Meanwhile, Johnny Failcan was failing third grade.
