I've been training for a long time.. started out skinny but muscular
started at 170 abs and peaked bis trained for nearly 10 yrs now
gaining size over the years always lean always having ripped abs
Ive always trained super hard even though I don't have to I gain muscle easily .  All my bodyparts are quite developed barring calves i still pound the hell out of them as i like the challenge

I do the exercises people run away from like deads from the floor chins oldschool tbar row , squats , front squats dumbell presses
I don't ego train , like having some one help on the bench and do half the work, or skip chins to do pulldowns so everyone will see me yank the stack down..like a lot of guys do ... when they cant even do 5 chins.
I don't diet or eat 6 meals a day , i don't do any kind of drugs and never will.  I don't need to, good genetics run in my family.. my brother is also quite big.  Right now I'm 219 exactly 5'11 single digit bf arms a shade under 20 inches
I'm just a guy with good genetics that love HONEST HARD training. Loving to train hard is key. I'm comfortable with being me... my goal is to always be a better version of me.. which i have successfully done year after year.

Mesomorph, I found this post inspiring so Im gonna do one for me.

Ive been training a really long time.  Started out 20+ years ago as a kid wanting to get stronger for sports.
I put on muscle easily, and became a muscular teenager.
I trained like an animal, and for hours at a time, doing everything everyday.
After my sports days were over, I was guided towards bodybuilding as a way to continue to compete.
I trained like a bodybuilder, ate like a bodybuilder, supplemented like a bodybuilder, and competed in several shows.
And then I realized something....  Its all fucking stupid.

Now, I dont know how much I weigh, and I dont care.  I dont know how big my arms are, and I dont care.  I dont care what exercises I do when I go to the gym, I dont plan out workouts, I dont count reps or sets.  If I was gonna bench but the bench is taken, I find something else to do.  I dont huff and puff, or ask to work in, or ask how many more sets someone has.  I dont mean mug people or ignore people cause Im 'hardcore' and only there to workout.  Im not too serious to say hello, or have a light conversation in between sets. I go to the gym cause its good for me and I like staying in shape, but im far from obsessed with it, and certainly dont let it dictate my behavior or carry over into other facets of life.

Oh and just for fun, if your one of those 'hardcore' types whos huffing and puffing and stomping around the gym acting like a fool cause youre 'hardcore', I may just try and get in your way on purpose.  Because you are a douche.
And if you ask me how many more sets I have, then the answer is 10.  Yes 10.  Maybe Ill do 12 sets of rear delt pec dec and then 30 minutes of cardio and go home that day.  And I dont care, because I have good genetics too and theres a good chance Im still bigger or stronger then you if I care to be.

They are called pullups, chins are palms facing towards. Peace out.
