Why does the DEVIL not remain in his own land and concern himself with the affairs of his own failing nation?

For some reason these savages that make it to presidency in america always commit military assaults on innocent nations which have little in the form of militaries...notice the reporter says never is formal war declared on these nations...just as we see now. I guess the manhood meter of america goes way up when these acts are committed...not to mention the theft of natural resources these nations have.
