Fellow GetBiggers please don't drink and drive this evening.  Make sure you eat a healthy well balanced meal before stepping out tonight and have some smaller bills on you just in case you need to call a taxi cab.

If you feel like you're reaching your limit, pull the bartender aside and ask for a club soda or sparkleing water with lime and stirrer.  No one will ever know the difference between this and a "real" drink and you won't feel pressured into drinking.

Follow these important steps and you'll be able to look yourself in the mirror tomorrow morning knowing you did the right thing for society and your bodybuilding goals...

Excellent advice Fallsview. I, however, decided to stay home tonight. Not because I might over imbibe, but because of all those other clowns who do and then try to drive home.

Hey Prime, I almost got clipped twice already driving my truck down the street.  It's getting as bad as New Years Eve.  I've had to avoid beer bottles thrown across the street and people stumbling down the sidewalks.  This is becoming a crap night....mind you the teacher that lives next to me is still out-went out at 4pm with a bunch of floozies and it's now 2am.  I wonder if this wonderful educator is going to call in sick tomorrow?  If he doesn't, I'm sure it will be a "ditto" day for him....sad but even worse the the children.

You know, I'm going off on a tangent here but these are the types of teachers that really upset me.  They talk about these children and how they have to learn coping mechanisms but have they ever looked at themselves?  They smoke when stressed on school grounds.  They drown themselves with happy hour drinks, they stuff there faces with food, they compulsive shop and spend money on crap, they talk about retirement daily....This is why these so called educators hate me because I call them on their nonsense.  A fellow psychologist just went for breast augmentation surgery.  I told her friends she should look for a new job since she can't handle herself/self image properly how is she suppose to help children with theirs, esp low income, inner city children who are dealt a bad hand from the get go?  I just sent her a get well card, not for the surgery but for the body dysmorphic syndrome.  I'm sure I'll be brought into the union office on this one....who cares?

Sorry about the belated response, Fallsview. Good that you made home OK. I bought a fifth of scotch and had a couple of drinks at home.

I gather you picked up that I worked in education and thought I was a teacher. Although I worked in education my position was in buildings and maintenance. However, I agree with you in that the best way to teach good behavior is to model it. All so-called adults have a responsibility to be positive role models to young folks, be they teachers or not. Sometimes some people fuck up, that's life. It shouldn't be a lifestyle though. I worked with many educators over the years, most of them were great people and good role models. There is always the occasional bad egg....head!

Smoking on school grounds in the District where I worked was grounds for dismissal. Also there was a morals clause in all our contracts. One could be dismissed for behavior unbecoming to one's profession. Being arrested for public drunkenness would be one example of this.
