P90X, etc. I've been doing the Croatch workout for 20 years...works great.

Not sure what it is but it appears to be deliberate and practiced routines. I'm thinking a routine used by ballet dancers.

There was an older guy in my gym standing in the squat rack facing the mirror, opening and closing his mouth. He did about 5 sets of this "exercise" while tying up the rack. Unbelievable.
