To help you out we need some stats. What was your starting weight? What's your goal? Were you previously in shape and have some sort of "muscle memory" or are you a beginner?
What was your diet like leading up to the weight gain and what is your diet like now?
Remember to lose weight it is ultimately calories in vs. calories burned. The heavier you are the more calories you will burn by moderate excercise, but as you lose weight you need to adjust your calorie intake or else you will reach a plateau. This is the number 1 failure of any diet. People think that if they just consume 2000 calories a day that they'll lose weight, and you will to start but at a certain point unless you increase your calorie expenditure by doing more calories, taking in some sort of real metabolism booster such as ECA or clen, or just lowering your calories you will hit a speed bump. Give us more info and we'll help you out.
Also one change you NEED to make is stop drinking everything but water. No diet drinks, no milk, just water. You will lose a ton of water weight in a couple of weeks. It's amazing how much water you will retain by drinking "diet" drinks.
