There are mostly women in those audiences and I don't disagree .. and I still say there are men with the same mindset as those women
I'm not following what you are saying .. they are doing "it" to prove WHAT to men ? I am not saying anything about picking a man who needs to be supported .. I know of women who are the only ones who are working because the man has lost his job and until he finds one the women are holding things together financially .. it isn't demeaning the man at all

The feminist goal is to prove that they are just as good or just as powerful as men---but, with a flawed directive, to equate equality by doing everything men do. This makes women in affect mini-men. They take on male attributes, masculine patterns. Look to the FBBers, or women in pantsuits with shoulder pads, and short haircuts. The "I am a bitch"="I am tough" mentality. But, then studies show that these same women are very unhappy. And the look to policies or society trying to hamstrung men for acting, well, like men.
Problem is, women have always been as powerful as men, or more so. Women pick men, women are a man's quality control. And you are out betters when it comes to morals. They are the caretakers of home and hearths Women remind men how to be a man, and what it means to be just. When women neglect that
duty, and focus solely on their taking on men...shit happens.
Now, you see women more and more neglecting kids, not raising them, picking bad fathers for their kids. Yet, they have a Masters or a PhD. Focus on both, and problem is solved.
Americans have a bad habit of thinking that there is only One way of doing things, one way or solving problems, when there can be multiple answers.
