My friend got back from 5 day stay with yoga monkas and a juice diet.
He said his mind went to place of calm out in the mountain where this place was and he didn't even care about food.
He said the body can't resist the mind in the proper place of calm.
I am considering blending up some jucie tomorrow.
What do you gods think of an all juice diet and quiet calm and the mind?
Can this be the path I have been looking for for more calm and leanness?
