And let's not forget your hypocrisy chastising Ryan's trillion-dollar proposal as being out-of-touch and then having the gall to criticize the repubs for not doing enough. Yup. If Gadhafi stays in power or troops end up on the ground there and gas hits $5/gal then he's going to be in a massive world of hurt.

He's bleeding independents and other center-leaning moderates. That's all that matters. They are the people that decide elections, not the people who vote along party lines every single time.

Truth.  Both Egypt and Libya may end up hurting him quite a bit. 

I know a number of Republicans who voted for Obama and will not be doing so in 2012.  I don't think they are a minority.  Independents will be leaving him in droves too IMO.
