I worked arms today. Hope I am not overworking them again. My arms are really long and it is tough to get a good bicep peak. I can heft a lot of weight on both bicep and tricep exercises but the results are still lacking. My arms are just short of 17" (pussy arms) but my short term goal is for 18.5". At the rate that I am getting there, I will be 105 years old before I see them that big. LOL. Currently, I am doing lower reps and heavier weights on the first two lifts. Then I go for more reps on the last one or two lifts. Maybe I need steroids???
