 An ex girlfriend of mine got liposuction.

 She could have got the same results from 2 months of dieting. She decided to take the lazy way out. She had no willpower with diet and exercise.

 It's a risky procedure from what I hear. It doesn't seem worth it to me. Just diet.

I had fat tissue and gyno removed by liposuction back in 97. I dieted down from 340 to 235 everything came together well except for my chest. I had natural gyno (really pointy nipples) and still had a bit of fat. He went in through my arm pits the whole procedure took about 1.5 hrs. The recovery time before I could get back in the gym seriously was about 6 weeks.

 My nipples turned black and I swear to God I thought they were gonna fall off. As for the procedure itself it was not real bad or to painful except for one time he hit my inner left pec and it was not all the way numb yet. If I would not of been strapped down I prolly would of jacked him one.That was one of the most painful feelings ever!!!

It cost me $2000 out of my pocket since it was cosmetic surgery, insurance will not pay anything. But I will tell you this, it was the best 2 G's I ever spent. I would always wear 2 tee shirts befroe the surgery one tucked in to hold the nipples down and the other real baggy. Now I wear just one tee shirt and dont have the self confidence issues I had before. But now my nipples are always hard, always!!!!
