Not sure how bullshit this story is but it was in today's Sun (UK tabloid):

There is no EU president ::)

And if there was one I'm sure it would become a guy who lived in the US for the past 45 years ::)

More than that, he is a U. S. citizen (naturalized, but as Jingo as Teddy Roosevelt)

Actually there is. Kind of.

Of course he is not president as president is commonly understood as EU is not one state but lousy union of independent countries.
More like a principal representative of the European Union on the world stage... with little or no real power. But the vacancy is often called "president of EU".

And you're right. Arnold have no chance on this one. LOL guy is an actor and former bodybuilder who somehow managed to become governor in US,, he is definitely not politician - just got lucky for a moment.

No argument with you Mr. Rojamesland Dennlock, just mentioned the route to his citizenship...and the fact he is a US citizen (and his genuine attachment to his nationality) and so therefore unlikely to become a European politician...

Oh...as an aside...would you be able to refer me to a hormone replacement physician in the Texas Gulf Coast area who doses for the "Gusto"?
