uh.....it's diet man, you can cut or bulk while on test. bumping the numbers will do not much for you if you are eating.... lets say 700 calories above your maintenance caloric level and you are expecting to lose fat and gain that hard, ripped look....it doest work that way. Good diet combined with cardio and hard lifting will do the trick. Besides that, everyone reacts differently to anabolic steroids, even if it is true that there is that magic* # there is no guarantee you will see the same result as those who claimed it worked for them. But you can achieve the results you desire with proper eating.....
