Lighten the load and relearn how to keep your body tight.

I did 15 reps with the weight i used, so ill probably stick to that weight and just rep out more, thanks for input...

Chaos is right. lighten the load, keep body tight.

Keep a big chest and DONT lean forward.

You'll be fine, squats kick ass, keep doing them!

It is my favorite exercise besides standing front press...Nothing like a set of squats to take that anger out...

Lower the reps, the higher reps is why your back is sore.

Or strengthen your lower back a bit more.
