Midtown. I actually just closed on a place yesterday. Since I'm completely new to the area I figure it's best to be in a lively area around other young folks, plus I don't have to drive too far to work. But you're right though, I'm not seeing a high number of gyms around there that seem decent. So far, four "crossfits" and counting, but nothing else.
I've discovered a place called "super training gym" that's obviously hardcore, but it's a powerlifting gym and I'm more into bodybuilding type training.
And shame on you, mods, for changing my thread title; now I won't get shit for hits.
